How to use Screen Recorder
- Choose whether to request microphone and supported system/tab audio.
- Click Start recording and choose a surface in the browser permission dialog.
- Pause/resume as needed, stop and review the recording before downloading.
Formats and limitations
Requires HTTPS or localhost and supported display-capture/MediaRecorder APIs. System audio and mobile capture are browser-dependent. Ten recorded minutes or 150 MB maximum. Output is WebM or MP4 as supported.
Privacy and temporary data
Only your explicit button click starts the permission request. The browser displays its sharing controls. Stop or leave the tool to release capture tracks. Recordings stay local.
